Real people, a real problem, and the start of something bigger.
If you ask Harold, he’ll say he built Office Puzzle to impress his girlfriend.
Back in 2018, Lauren Quevedo, a practicing BCBA, was overwhelmed by the documentation demands of running an ABA practice. Her partner, Harold Jardines, an engineer with a knack for solving practical problems, built her a simple tool to make the work easier. It worked—so well, in fact, that colleagues started asking if they could use it too. That tool became the foundation for ABA Puzzle.
What started as a side project quickly turned into something more. As they listened to early users, it became clear the need wasn’t limited to ABA and it wasn’t just about documentation. Providers across disciplines were struggling with fragmented systems, compliance hurdles, and manual processes that slowed everything down.
In 2020, they rebranded as Office Puzzle and rebuilt the platform from the ground up. The goal: to support a broader set of care providers with flexible, scalable tools that actually fit how real practices run.
Soon after, Hailu Jardines, Harold’s brother and a CPA, joined the founding team. He brought the operational structure and financial discipline needed to build not just a great product but a lasting company.
At Office Puzzle, we’re motivated by a shared goal: to make the work of running an ABA agency more manageable, sustainable, and effective. We believe in thoughtful tools, real support, and doing work that matters.
Today, that means continuing to grow alongside our customers, supporting agencies as they expand their teams, serve more clients, and move into new specialties. We’re investing in our platform and our people to deliver the kind of software experience this work deserves—clear, dependable, and built to last.
We’re proud of the team behind Office Puzzle—and we’re just getting started. If you’re excited by thoughtful challenges, meaningful work, and building tools that make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
